A 20% non refundable deposit is charged to reserve the boat. Full payment is required 48hrs prior to departure.
No refunds for cancellations except due to weather conditions which will be at the Captain’s decision.
We accept most major credit cards, cash and travelers checks. Gratuities are not included.
The boat is fully insured and equipped with all necessary safety equipment for local sailing conditions.
Capt. Marty is an American born, veteran sea captain holding a current US Coast Guard issued Merchant Marine Officer License.
